Know your rights Zines: Knowledge is power. Learn your rights and how to be an ally.

Hi everyone. We have made these zines in an effort to expand on the red cards. We have a Spanish and English version right now. You can fold these up and carry them in your pocket. Knowing your rights is so important. We want to give you the confidence to stand your ground because your rights still matter. Stay safe and do not hesitate to reach out if you want more resources or pdf versions of the zines.
Here is a simple video showing how to fold it into a pocket sized zine. We printed these on 8x5x14 paper, but feel free to use bigger paper. The legal aid on these are specific to the bay area, but you can go to https://www.immigrationadvocates.org/legaldirectory/ to find legal help closer to you. If someone you know or if you are detained, know that your lawyer doesn't have to be present to file a G-28. They can do it remotely. You can also visit https://www.aclu.org/ if you or someone you know is injured while out in public spaces.
